All vnhicle maneuvering _ parking, and driving areas .shall be <br /> surfaced with a minimum 2 1/2 inches of asphaltic concrete <br /> paving over 6 inches of rock base . Parking and maneuvers-ng <br /> areas shall be properly striped to effect orderly use and <br /> circulation and shown on the Improvement. Plan . ether <br /> surfaces used on the parcel ._hall. also be shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 3 . A trash enclosure location shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan . The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all. trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side . The <br /> trash enclosure shall. be located on the A/C paved surface <br /> and be accessible to trash loading vehicles . <br /> 4 . The storage building shall- be located at least twenty ( 20 ) <br /> feet from the southern property line . The location shall be <br /> shown on the rmprovement Flan. <br /> 5 . The portion of the parcel to be used for outdoor storage <br /> shall be enclosed by a solid wall or a uniformly painted <br /> board fence eight ( 8 ) feet high. All existing and proposed <br /> fence details shall he shown on the Improvement Plan . <br /> 6 . The height of storage , excluding vehicles , shall not exceed <br /> eight (8 ) feet . <br /> 7 . All parking and security lighting shall be hooded and <br /> directed to prevent glare onto Harlan Road and adjacent <br /> properties . Lighting standards . if proposed, shall be <br /> limited to twenty ( 20 ) feet in height and shown on the <br /> Improvement Plan . <br /> 8 . One monument advertising sign shall be permitted . The size <br /> and location of the sign shall be included on the <br /> Improvement Plan and be in accordance with Section 9,-3600 of <br /> the Planning Title . <br />
