For Phase I, the operation would expect to process 25 tons of corn germ/day, resulting in approximately 11 tons of corn oil and 14 tons of corn germ meal. For Phase II, this operation is intended to scale up to a volume of 100 tons of corn germ/day; yielding 44 tons of corn oil and 56 tons of corn germ meal.
