Should <br /> installation of these improvements prove not practical due to existing physical <br /> constraints, the owner/developer should enter into a Deferred Improvement Agreement <br /> whereby the owner/developer agrees to install the required improvements at such time <br /> as it is practical. <br /> 4. All traveled areas should be paved to ensure that vehicles exiting the site onto public <br /> streets are track and dust free. <br /> 5. City records indicate that the subject site and the adjacent parcel to the south (APN 193- <br /> 270-18) are not held in common ownership. Should access to the site be taken from the <br /> adjacent parcel to the south as indicated on the site plan, the applicant should ensure <br /> an appropriate reciprocal access agreement is in place, or said parcels should enter into <br /> an appropriate reciprocal access agreement.
