The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Submit a site plan or map to the Environmental Health Department showing sewage and <br /> well information that clearly delineates the existing locations as required by ordinance <br /> requirements (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: <br /> Applicant shall uncover the existing septic tank and expose the existing leach lines and <br /> seepage pits for the septic system installed under permit 71-819 to verify the leach lines do <br /> not cross over proposed Parcel #1 and designated remainder. This shall be completed <br /> under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $210.00. <br /> Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4)- <br /> ,F. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
