The property is currently used as a home site <br /> with the remainder planted in vineyard. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> _ 3.1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> One septic system exists on the Site which is associated with the residence. One septic permit <br /> was found for the Site during file review at San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) (attached). <br /> 3.2 On-Site Septic Permit History <br /> Please see section 3.1 for details regarding the on-site septic permit history. <br /> 3.3 On-Site Septic Repair Permit History <br /> Please see section 3.1 for details regarding the on-site septic permit history. <br /> 3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br /> In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the Site, our office <br /> reviewed a recent aerial photograph of the subject property available from Google EarthT". We <br /> counted the building clusters within one square mile of the Site, and made the assumption that <br /> each building cluster has one septic system.
