Allen APPLICANT: Same 11484 E. Harney Lane Lodi, CA 95240 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: A Site Approval application to establish a small winery to be constructed in two phases over five years. Phase one, to be completed in 18 months, includes the conversion of an existing 3,200 square foot agricultural storage building into a fermentation and barrel storage room and to utilize an existing 1,750 square foot concrete pad as a crush pad. Phase two, to be completed in five years, is for the conversion of an existing 1,190 square foot residence into a wine tasting room. No marketing events-are proposed with this application. This parcel is not under Williamson Act contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designations are AIG (General Agriculture) and OS/RC (Resource Conservation). PROJECT LOCATION:-The project site is located on the south side of Harney Lane, 620 feet east of State Route 88, Lodi. (APN/Address: 063-180-09/11484 E. Harney Lane, Lodi)(Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of-the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than June 8, 2016. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on June 15, 2016. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
