Phase one, to be completed in 18 months, includes the conversion of an existing 3,200 square foot agricultural <br /> storage building into a fermentation and barrel storage room and to utilize an existing 1,750 square foot concrete pad as a <br /> crush pad. Phase two, to be completed in five years, is for the conversion of an existing 1,190 square foot residence into <br /> a wine tasting room. No marketing events-are proposed with this application. Copies of-the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than June 8, 2016. Comments or recommendations received after that date <br /> would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will <br /> review this application on June 15, 2016.
