Harney Ln., Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic system usage. The studies must be approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental <br /> Health Department. The review fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of <br /> payment. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the onsite sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee per percolation hole is required. The fee will <br /> be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> (Service Request #SR0075605) dated August 22, 2016 that has been approved. <br /> B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department prior <br /> to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved <br /> laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> NOTE: Water sample test results from the domestic well at the referenced property were <br /> reported in the above report at 5.6 mg/L of nitrate as nitrogen, and non-detect for <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP). <br /> C. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked <br /> on, or used as a storage area.
