CULTURAL:RESOURCES: If,in the course of development, concentrations of prehistoric or <br /> historic-period materials are encountered, all work in the vicinity of the find shall halt until an <br /> archaeologist;can evaluate the materials and make recommendations for further action. If human <br /> remains are encountered, all work shall halt in the vicinity and the County Coroner shall be notified <br /> immediately. ;At the same time, a qualified archaeologist shall be contacted to evaluate the finds. If <br /> Human burials are found to be of Native American origin, steps shall be taken pursuant to Section <br /> 15064.5(e)of Guidelines for California Environmental Quality Act. <br /> I. BUILDING C=ODE: The proposed use will change the occupancy from a U occupancy to a BIA <br /> occupancy (1).B.C. Section 3405). The structure must be brought into compliance with all current <br /> code provisions including structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, energy and disabled access <br /> requirements, <br /> 4 (1) Provide r.,estrooms conforming'with all disabled access requirements (C.C.R.; Title 24) uniform <br /> f Plumbing!-Code, Table 4-1. <br /> k (2) Provide parking for the physically disabled. Submit for approval turning analysis'drawings prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed <br /> surveyor showing that the proposed driveways are sufficient to allow horse transport vehicles (e.g., <br /> semi-truck ah,d trailer) ingress and egress without intruding onto opposing lanes of traffic. The <br /> driveway app oach shall be improved at a minimum in general conformance with the requirements of <br /> San Joaquinount y Standards R-17 with additional width, frontage improvements, and turning <br /> radius as required by the turning analysis. Any gates shall be set back from the road right-of-way such that it can be opened while allowing a <br /> clear distance of 65 feet from the edge of pavement on Harney Lane to the gate so that a truck and <br /> trailer can park. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> k at the time of,,. uilding permit application. The fee is based on the current schedule. The fee shall be <br /> automatically`adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. (Resolution R-00-433) <br /> e.
