Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> NOTE: A Nitrate Loading Study dated September 17, 2001, was prepared for this subdivision as <br /> part of the Variance Request 01-03 and approved by Environmental Health Department <br /> on October 26, 2001. <br /> B. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department will require the grout seal on each well for these <br /> parcels be extended to approximately 200-feet. <br /> C. In accordance with the California Code of Regulations, Title 27, Section 21 190 (g), special <br /> building requirements for home construction within 1000-feet of the closed Harney Lane <br /> Landfill should be incorporated into the final design as required. <br />
