Based on the findings of the study and Environmental Health Division <br /> knowledge of the area, Environmental Health Division will be able to permit the installation of <br /> septic systems according to the Environmental Health Division guidelines for each parcel if the <br /> variance and subsequent Minor-Subdivision is approved. <br /> The installation of a domestic well for each proposed parcel will be required to incorporate a <br /> 200-foot grout seal in the construction and design of each well under permit and inspection with <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
