VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. VR-01-3 OF ROYELLE DINN. <br /> JF A Variance application to vary the minimum lot sizes in the AG-40 zone from <br /> 40-acres to 4.9-acres. Granting of the Variance would permit the applicant to <br /> apply for a Minor Subdivision to subdivide a 19.69 acre parcel into four(4)4.9- <br /> acre parcels. Located on the south side of Harney Lane, 700-feet east of <br /> Eberhard Road, east of Lodi (APN#065-030-01;Address: 142308 East Harney' <br /> Lane, Lodi). <br /> Jeff Fisher, Associate Planner; Royelle Diamond,owner;Michael Pearl, Mike Hakeem,attorney, were <br /> present for this item. <br /> Mr. Martin introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that findings 1 and 2 for the Variance application could not be made. <br /> Mr. Hakeem discussed the Variance application, and he indicated that he would like to move forward with <br /> the application. <br /> Mr. Ben Neely reviewed the Public Works Department memo. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed the Environmental Health Division memo. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that the item is schedule for the Planning Commission hearing, on <br /> January 3, 2001. <br /> 10:00 a.m. 2. USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. UP-01-5 OF THE WESTON RANCH <br /> JJ CONGREGATION OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES.(CIO DANIEL T. <br /> PLACE SR.). A Use Permit application for an 8,972 square foot religious <br /> assembly building to have a maximum seating capacity of 370 people. Located <br /> on the southwest side of Ponderosa Street, French Camp(APN#193-140-08; <br /> Address: 7960 S. Ponderosa Street,French Camp). <br />
