Indicate what facts In the case of this applicationf <br /> support each of the rindings. These findings that you provide will be Included with the Staff Reports that are distributed to members at the <br /> Planning Commission, <br /> 1. Because Of the special circumstances applicable to the property,including size,shape, topography,location or surroundings, the <br /> strict application of the zoning regulations deprives the property of privileges enjoyed by other properties In the vicinity and under <br /> Identical zoning classirication. <br /> The existina 2arcel is cOmPletely land uses that are <br /> inconsistent with the AG-40 Land Use designation. To the east is <br /> the existing Farm Labor Cam AG-40 operated by the Countv and to <br /> the south is additional County land (AG-40) connected to the camp. <br /> To the north is the additional AG-40 land mapped with the Arismendi <br /> Subdivision (5 acre parcels) .
