HARNEY LANE, LORI, CA PA#: 03-638 (UP) <br /> REPoRT DATE: 313105 <br /> Section Comments <br /> Domestic water well results for DBCP (dibromochloropropane) were .984 UgIL or (ppb) <br /> parts per billion, which significantly exceeds the state adopted standard of .2ppb. in public <br /> 4.2 drinking water. There was no discussion of mitigation measures included within the body of <br /> the report. As a result of these findings, the EHD has sent the applicant/owner a letter which <br /> provides guidance and alternatives for mitigation. The proposed use for the well water may <br /> lace the waters stem into the public waters stem category. <br /> The site-plan submitted by the applicant is different than the site-plan submitted within <br /> NOA's report Plate 1. The site-plan submitted by the applicant does not demonstrate the <br /> 6.7-6.8 proposed septic area, instead it is all proposed parking map was dated 1212102 but <br /> submitted on 12/7/05.
