Harney Lane, Lodi <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> i A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed number of staff and parishioners, indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building <br /> permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A fee of <br /> $465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department received a Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading <br /> Study (Service Request#SR0042767) on June 17, 2005 that has not been approved yet. <br /> The report shall be reviewed and found acceptable by the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to issuance of building permit(s). <br /> B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> j <br />�I C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of staff and parishioners the sewage <br /> 1 disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> i <br /> NOTE: Site Plan proposes parking over existing septic system. in addition, applicant fails to <br /> demonstrate adequate sewage disposal area and the 100% replacement area for the <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
