Harney Lane, Lodi The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. i A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed number of staff and parishioners, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A fee of $465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study (Service Request#SR0042767) on June 17, 2005 that has not been approved yet. The report shall be reviewed and found acceptable by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). B. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). j �I C. State on revised site plans the maximum number of staff and parishioners the sewage 1 disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). i NOTE: Site Plan proposes parking over existing septic system. in addition, applicant fails to demonstrate adequate sewage disposal area and the 100% replacement area for the Page 1 of 2
