The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.4[e]), as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for back-flow prevention shall maintain an air gap <br /> equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than six inches. The discharge pipe shall also <br /> have two %4-inch slits extending six inches from the bottom of the pipe and opposite each other, <br /> or a back-flow device approved by San Joaquin County must be installed. <br /> g. Install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system. (California Code of <br /> Regulations, Title 17, Section 7603) <br /> h. Submit three sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division for review and <br /> approval prior to the issuance of building permits. If hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> j. The California Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 1, Employee Housing Act, Section <br /> 17008, states: "'Employee housing,' as used in this part, means any portion of any housing <br /> accommodation or property upon which a housing accommodation is located." The <br /> Environmental Health Division requires $35.00 per camp, $12.00 per person, and a plan check <br /> fee of$89.00 per hour(one hour minimum) before an annual operating permit will be issued. <br /> 4. LINDEN — PETERS FIRE DISTRICT(Staff Contact: Gene Stoddart, 887-3710) <br /> a. Fire hydrants and water storage shall be installed according to Article 9 and Appendix III-A and <br /> III-B of the CFC. <br /> b. Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the CFC and appropriate <br /> standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the California Building Code. <br /> c. All valves controlling the water supply for automatic fire sprinkler systems and water-flow <br /> switches shall be monitored in accordance with Section 1003.3 of the CFC. <br /> d. Fire department access roads and building access shall be in accordance with Article 9 of the <br /> CFC and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. A second <br /> access shall be required. <br /> e. Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with Section 1002 of the CFC. <br /> f. Provide a key box for building access according to Section 902.4 of the CFC. Obtain an <br /> application for the key box from the fire department. <br /> g. Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property, per Section 105 of the CFC. <br /> h.
