UP-98-18 <br /> Page 2 <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial. managerial, and technical capability to <br /> assure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> E. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two i/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must <br /> be installed. <br /> F. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> G. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Health and <br /> Safety Code, Section 27550). <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> H. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> (COND/EHD) <br /> I. The California Health and Safety Code, Division 13, Part 1, Employee Housing Act, <br /> Section 17008 states: "Employee housing," as used in this part, means any portion of any <br /> housing accommodation, or property upon which a housing accommodation is located. <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division requires $35.00 per camp, <br /> $12.00 per person, and a plan check fee of$78.00 per hour(1 hour minimum) before an <br /> annual operating permit will be issued. <br />
