The camp will occupy approximately 20-acres <br /> on an 80-acre parcel. The remaining 60-acres is planned to be developed into vineyard. <br /> The project site is located on the south side of Harney Lane 1,000-feet east of Tull Road, <br /> P 1 Y Y <br /> east of Lodi. <br /> The proposed project consists of eighteen (18)-housing structures. Each housing <br /> structure will contain approximately 22, one room, separate living units. Each unit will <br /> contain a small kitchen area and a bathroom. <br /> The facility will include a Community Center which will include the following: Manager's <br /> residence, Administration office, laundry, storage, infirmary, market, post office/check <br /> cashing facility, chaplain, restrooms, kitchen, classrooms, dining room, and covered <br /> patios. The following outdoor recreation will be provided: two softball/soccer fields, and <br /> four basketball/volleyball courts. <br /> A vehicle maintenance facility is proposed for maintenance of the applicant's vehicles <br /> used to transport workers and for the maintenance of farm equipment. The maintenance <br /> facility will also contain an area where residents can wash and service their vehicles <br /> (instead of in.the parking area). <br /> The proposed use will incorporate 24-hour security and controlled access, as well as <br /> perimeter fencing to prevent trespass onto properties to the east and west (the areas to <br /> the north and south are part of the subject site and will be used for vineyards). <br /> 1 <br />
