The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: <br /> Agricultural discharge pipes utilizing an air gap for backflow prevention shall maintain <br /> an air gap equal to the size of the discharge pipe, but not less than 6 inches. The <br /> discharge pipe shall also have two '/4 inch slits extending 6 inches from the bottom of the <br /> pipe and opposite each other or a backflow device approved by San Joaquin County must <br /> be installed. <br /> F. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); California <br /> Code of Regulation, Title 17, Section 7603. <br /> G. Submission of three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Division <br /> for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s).
