Destroy all abandoned wells with a cement sandy slurry to <br /> the bottom of the well . Destroy all abandoned septic <br /> tanks. <br /> 4 . Air Pollution Control District : <br /> a. The applicant shall comply with Rules 426 and 314 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Air Pollution Rules and Regulations <br /> (effective July 1989) . <br /> b. Dust control practices must be implemented such as <br /> watering the site, surrounding the site with wind <br /> breakers , and cleaning vehicles leaving the site to pre- <br /> vent dirt and dust from reaching adjacent paved streets <br /> and property. <br /> 5 . Jim Burnett and Family : <br /> a. The project shall be designed and engineered so that <br /> proper channelization/detention of stormwater sheet flow <br /> is not diverted onto adjoining properties or does not <br /> cause increased flows in water courses and cause flooding. <br /> b. The project must provide for proper and adequate drainage <br /> facilities to ensure detention of storm drainage so it <br /> will not adversely affect surrounding properties . <br /> c . The project must provide for engineered mechanisms to <br /> ensure that stormwater runoff which may leave the site <br /> will not carry off any waste contaminated water that may <br /> He^ on the site. q <br /> s s U <br /> NOTE: Prior to final approval of the Improvement Plans, adjacent <br /> property owners should be notified and provided an oppor- <br /> tunity to review the plans . <br />
