Gau, Senior Civil Enginee <br /> Public Services Division J <br /> SUBJECT : COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> APPLICANT : County of San Joaquin <br /> APPLICATION NO : UP-89-02 APN 065-120-02 & 065-120-03 <br /> PROPOSAL : Use Permit application to operate site as a Class III <br /> sanitary land fill . <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located on the south side of Harney Lane , southwest <br /> of the intersection of Atkins Road and Harney Lane , southeast of <br /> Lockeford. <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area . <br /> Harney Lane has an e:iisting right-of-way width of 50 feet , and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . An Improvement Plan , prepared by a Reqistered Civil Enaineer , <br /> showing drainage , driveway access details , on-site parking , <br /> and grading, shall be submitted to the Department of Public <br /> Works , Public Services Division for approval . <br /> 2 . The frontage improvements for Harney lane shall be <br /> constructed to provide a thru lane and a right turn <br /> ( stacking ) lane south of the center line of Harney Lane . <br /> 3 .
