'i <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> IfLA-00-91 <br /> Miller <br /> Lot Line AdjustmentApplication No. LA-00-91 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Develop N ent Department on July 5,2001,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of,tot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on January 4,2003,which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> , <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated April 17,2001. <br /> b. NG OTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor.(Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c.
