VII CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the percolation tests, the soil profile, and the performance
of the septic systems in the surrounding area, it is our opinion that the new homesite
resulting from the proposed parcel split of the subject property is well suited for the
construction of a typical on site sewage disposal system. The proposed system however,
should be properly designed and installed according to current San Joaquin County criteria.
It should be noted that the location of the percolation test was chosen as the most
likely location for a disposal field. Although it is not anticipated that soil conditions vary
greatly over the subject site, if the actual location of the proposed disposal field varies
significantly from the test location, the test data should not be considered accurate of other
locations.
Based on the depth to ground water in the area, and the size of the proposed parcel,
it is our opinion that the installation of the proposed septic system, if properly designed and
installed, should not adversely affect the quality of the ground water in the area.
VIII LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they
existed at the time we excavated our test pit and performed the percolation test. It was
assumed that the test pit and percolation tests results are representative of the subsurface
conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied. Test findings and
statements of professional opinion do not constitute a guarantee or warranty, expressed or
implied.
o QROTESSlO,yVery truly yours,
O.ANDF
NEIL O.
