Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the Phase II sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, <br /> show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific <br /> purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> B. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> C. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> D. Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the proposed <br /> winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. That written <br /> acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br />
