Domestic wastewater will be managed in a septic system permitted <br /> r by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. The winery process waste <br /> =Waiver <br /> is subject to regulation by the Central Valley Water Board under a General <br /> Waiver Waste Discharge Requirements, Order No. R5-2009-0097. The project proponent <br /> should apply for coverage under the waiver at least 60 days prior to operating the winery. The <br /> waiver and associated documents can be downloaded from our website at: <br /> http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/board_decisions/adopted orders/#Waivers <br /> under the heading "Small Food Processors and Small Wineries".
