m. SCREENING: Screening shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be screened <br /> so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public right-of-ways. Screening shall be six <br /> (6)to seven (7)feet in height. Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or <br /> in front of main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> n. SIGNS: Sign details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the development Title and be <br /> included on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a minimum of five (5) feet <br /> from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut-off(snipe). (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> o. CALIFORNIA FIRE CODE The following California Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> Code requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before <br /> submittal to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of: <br /> A. NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code (static water supply). <br /> (2) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with the California Fire Code and the <br /> standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association, <br /> (4) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to life or <br /> property in accordance with the California Fire Code. <br /> (5) Key Boxes: A Knox box shall be installed according to the local fire department's instructions. <br /> (6) All undeveloped portions of the parcel shall remain free of weeds, debris, or any other <br /> combustible vegetation such as abandoned orchards or vineyards throughout the year to the <br /> satisfaction of the Fire Jurisdiction Having Authority. <br /> 2.
