A soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shrill he Submitted to the Environmental Health Department, indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. If an existing residential septic system is proposed to serve the commercial restrooms, the soil suitability study should address the adequacy of the existing septic system(s) for this purpose. The studies Must be approved by the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin County Development Title. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standtuds oi'San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of' septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal systern is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$98.00 per percolation hole is required. B.
