D. An application for Waste Discharge Requirements must be submitted to the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board prior to development (California Water Code, Article <br /> 5, Section 13280). <br /> E. Applicant will need to get written approval from a public entity that will accept the proposed <br /> winery waste should applicant propose to haul winery wastewater offsite. That written <br /> acceptance shall be presented to the Environmental Health Department prior to issuance of <br /> building permit and/or final occupancy approval. <br /> F. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />
