item No. 1 <br /> PC: 4-2-92 <br /> VR-92-2 <br /> Page 6 <br /> REFERRALS AND REPLIES <br /> Application referrals were sent on February 5, 1992, with responses requested by March 5, 1992- <br /> Department <br /> 992Department of Public Works (response: 3-4-92): <br /> The recommendation of Public Works is to deny the application because the private road (Helen Lane) <br /> serves more than six lots, and the proposed parcel will not have public road frontage (Resolution R-88- <br /> 1200, Planning Title Section 9-9380). It was noted that the site is not within a Flood Hazard Area. Also, <br /> the private road (Helen Lane) has an existing right-of-way of 20 feet. <br /> Public Health Services (response: 39-92): <br /> The recommendation of the Environmental Health Division is denial of the application. Reference was <br /> made to a nitrate problem identified in ER-88-1 for Morada Meadows, and the suggestion was to mitigate <br /> the problem by not creating parcels smaller than two acres. <br /> It was noted that if the Variance was approved, the subsequent Minor Subdivision application would be <br /> � subject to Ordinance requirements for (1) a soil suitability study to indicate that the area iI . ..Ile for, y _ _ 6 <br /> septic tank usage and (2) an individual sewage disposal system and well constructed under permit and <br /> inspection by Public Health Services. <br /> Building Inspection Division (response: 2-10.92): <br /> No commem was made on the Variance application.
