APPENDIX B MOUNTAIN HOUSE NEIGHBORHOODS K AND L INITIAL STUDY <br /> measured noise levels are higher than the adopted standards,the applicant shall <br /> work with the MHCSD to incorporate mitigation(sound walls or housings)that <br /> would result in noise levels within Master Plan requirements. <br /> This mitigation measure would reduce the impact to a less-than-significant level. <br /> UTILITIES-1: Prior to site development,the applicant shall verify that adequate <br /> water supplies would be available to serve the project. If necessary,a reduction <br /> in units may be necessary to ensure that adequate water is available. <br /> Documentation of this verification shall be provided to the County prior to the <br /> issuance of any building permits for Neighborhoods K and L. <br /> Shea Mountain House,LLC,agrees to implementation of the above <br /> recommended mitigation measures for Neighborhoods K and L as part of the <br /> approval of the Tentative Subdivision Maps. <br /> Nam( Dat <br /> rynn+1 B-4 <br />
