The Tentative Map shall <br /> show all fences, landscaping and structures, and shall include contour lines. <br /> 4. The frontage improvements for Grooms Road shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> the standards for one-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural road. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred,upon execution by the owner of a Deferred <br /> Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated <br /> construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. (A$410.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the <br /> Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 1 through 4 and an estimate. The estimate and <br /> legal descriptions shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section <br /> drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and submitted to <br /> the Department of Public Works for approval. As an option,the Department of Public <br /> Works will prepare he drawing with estimate for an additional fee of$175.00.) (The fee <br /> due will be based on the current fee schedule.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 5. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 6. Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin(18-inch <br /> maximum depth) and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map.
