Parcel 1 is to contain 10.08 acres and Parcels 2, 3 and 4 are to
contain ten(10)acres each, all as shown on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map"and
"Percolation Test Hole Location Map"that are attached to and made an integral part of
this report.
TEST RESULTS: Minimum Usable
Parcel No. Test Hole 3' Deep Percolation 25' Max. The perched water in percolation test holes, SPH 3 &
4 disappeared after a couple of days but the perched water continued to remain in
percolation test holes, SPH 1 &2. See the attached "Percolation Test Details"sheets as
well as the text of this report for the specific soil layers character and the"Percolation Test
Hole Location Map" for test hole location details.
WELL WATER ANALYSIS: There are no wells on the subject property so no well
water was sampled or tested for Dibromochloropropane (DBCP)and Nitrate(NO3)
chemical concentrations as a part of this Soil Suitability Study
RECOMMENDATIONS: On Parcels 3 and 4,double the amount of lines and pits
needed for the planned number of bedrooms to be constructed. Further percolation testing
will be required to find suitable soil to accommodate septic systems on Parcels 1 and 2.
r
