Henry Road APN: 229-170-54 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Henry Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50-feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> I. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
