. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In summary, the soil conditions in the percolation test locations appear to be suitable for
use with on-site septic systems. Satisfactory soil percolation rates of 3.4 min/in (Parcel
1), 6.2 min/in (Parcel 2), 22.7 and 9.2 min/in (Parcel 3), and 3.8 min/in (Parcel 4) were
observed in the test locations.
The depth of ground water based on recent aquifer levels is estimated to range between
88 to 105 feet below ground surface. The ground-water flow is to the northwest or
north-northwest at a rate of approximately 5 to 7 feet per mile
No wells are located on the Site. No water sample was collected.
We believe the Site suitable for the use of standard septic systems utilizing leach lines
and seepage pits. No new construction is anticipated.
•
•
LOGE 1809 Page 8
