PA-03-22 (SA) <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to approval of an Improvement Plan. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the <br /> findings of the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
