A number <br /> corresponding to the"Surface and Subsurface Contamination Checklist"identifies each point. <br /> 2.1 <br /> • Geo-Phase Environmental Inc. has no direct knowledge of the intended uses of the <br /> Property except that is said to be proposed for residential development. Questions <br /> regarding future uses should be directed to Mr. Rapinj. <br /> • Richard L. Dawson of this office conducted the interview with Mr. Rapini. <br /> • The Property has been in me as pastureland for many years as indicated both by Mr. <br /> Rapini's statements and by our review of historical records. It does not appear that any <br /> homes, barns or other structures have ever been present on the Property. As such, <br /> questions regarding household chemicals and household waste disposal are not pertinent <br /> since there has never been a household or any other structure on the site.
