Based on <br /> the results of the EDR report, it was not deemed necessary to further investigate <br /> off-site facilities. <br /> 3.2 Local Records Sources <br /> 0 <br /> Records were requested and or reviewed locally from three County agencies. <br /> The following sub-sections discuss the information reviewed. <br /> 3.2.1 County Records Sources <br /> i- Two sources of environmental and two sources of historical information were <br /> accessed at the County level. Files from the San Joaquin County Assessor's <br /> Office and the San Joaquin County Surveyor's office were requested. In <br /> addition, the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services website was <br /> consulted to determine if a Hazardous Materials Business Plan was available for <br /> the subject site. <br /> r <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department d <br /> L Although the Property was not identified in the EDR search of environmental <br /> electronic databases, the agency was contacted to determine if records <br /> pertaining to the Property were available. An agency representative reported <br /> ` that no files for the Property were available for review. --f e.Hama <br /> San Joaquin County Office Of Emergency Services 'k J1wf <br /> L The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services was contacted to <br /> determine if Mr. Rapini maintained a Hazardous Materials Business Plan for <br /> the subject site. According to the Office of Emergency Services, no plan was <br /> available for the site. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Office <br /> ` The San Joaquin County Assessor's office, located at 24 South Hunter Street, in <br /> Stockton, CA was visited on March 5, 2004. The following information was <br /> contained in the assessment record: <br /> • The site is listed as being used as "dry pasture" as of 11/01/90. <br /> L • Mr. Rapini's home and horse stable were constructed in 1984/198 <br /> A copy of the Assessor's parcel map is included as Appendix F.
