CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-93-102 <br /> Karl & Mary Wolf <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval <br /> of the Parcel Map. <br /> This approval will expire three years from the date of approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's <br /> Office. <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: <br /> a. Parcel 1 shall contain ten (10) acres (gross). (Development Title Section 9-610.3{a}) The <br /> parcel's size shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> b. The minimum width of the Parcel 1 shall be 150 feet. The minimum width of the <br /> Designated Remainder shall be 330 feet. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) Parcel <br /> widths shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. The following note shall be placed on the Parcel Map: <br /> In accordance with Section 9-610.3 of the San Joaquin Development Title for the <br /> creation of homesite parcels, these parcels cannot be further subdivided. <br /> d. The farm labor mobile home on the Parcel 1 shall continue to meet the requirements of <br /> Section 9-893.3 of the Development Title or shall be removed from the property. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> See attached memo dated November 23, 1993. <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION: <br /> See attached memo dated November 30, 1993. <br /> 4. COUNTY COUNSEL: <br /> a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the subdivider shall defend, <br /> indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br /> any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory <br /> agency, appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is <br /> brought within the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> Conditions of Approval - 1 - MS-93-102 <br />
