COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-93-102 <br /> 4 . The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when <br /> parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $2, 364 . 00 per single family dwelling unit in the Lockeford <br /> area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each <br /> year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. ) <br /> (Resolution R-90-304, R-91-1025) <br /> 5. The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be <br /> required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee <br /> currently is $1, 142 .76 per single family dwelling unit. The <br /> fee shall be automatically increased on January 1 of each year <br /> at the rate of 6.9 percent. An additional 3 . 5 percent shall be <br /> added to the fee upon payment for processing and administering <br /> the program. <br /> (Resolution R-91-327) <br /> 6. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910. 20) <br /> 7 . Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public <br /> roadway shall be improved in accordance with the requirements <br /> of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10. 207, San Joaquin County <br /> Standards F-la, F-lb, & F-lc and the Linden-Peters Fire <br /> District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 8.
