Conditions <br />MS -92-77 <br />Page 2 <br />e. <br />V0 <br />of Approval <br />All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. \ <br />(Planning Title Section 9-9184) <br />2. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: <br />a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of <br />the San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed <br />prior to recordation of the Parcel Map indicating that <br />the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br />b. On both parcels construct an individual sewage disposal <br />system(s) under a permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br />C. On both parcels construct an individual domestic water <br />well under a well permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br />3. SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY COUNSEL: <br />a. Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br />subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the <br />local agency or its agents, officers, and employees from <br />any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency <br />or its agents, officers, or employees to attack, set <br />aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, <br />advisory agency, appeal board, --or legislative body <br />concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within <br />the time provided for in Section 66499.37 of the <br />Government Code. <br />
