Henry Road , Farmington , CA. <br /> Existing Septic Systems : <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed <br /> for the area in the immediate vicinity of the subject <br /> property. <br /> Four permits were found . The septic systems were <br /> installed between October 22 , 1976 and September 25 , <br /> 1984 . In addition, one located on Parcel No . 2 was <br /> installed in April , 1992 . No problems were recorded <br /> for any of the installations . <br /> Existing Use : <br /> The existing 41 . 33 acres is in pasture along with a <br /> mobil home and utility barn. <br /> Percolation Test : <br /> One percolation test was performed in accordance <br /> with the percolation tests procedures outlined in <br /> the "Manual Septic Tank Practice" published by the <br /> U. S . Department of Health, Education and Welfare <br /> and per requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Local Health District . <br /> On February 10 , 11 , 1994 one percolation test was <br /> performed by me on the above referenced property <br /> in conformance with the San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> No. 549 . The approximate location of the test hole <br /> is shown on the accompanying Detail Map . <br /> A soil profile was not performed because depth to <br /> well water is in excess of 120 ' . <br /> Parcel No . 1 (deep hole ) had a percolation rate of <br /> 12 minutes per inch. <br /> 2 - <br />
