Hewitt Road, Linden) <br /> ACTION: On September 2, 1998, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br /> SA-98-52 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br /> APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. <br /> Appeals must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of$275.00. The 10- <br /> day appeal period ends at 4:30 p.m. on September 12, 1998.
