HEWITT ROAD <br /> L LINDEN, CALIFORNIA <br /> SJC APPLICATION NUMBER: PA-05-050 <br /> L <br /> L 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Our office was contracted by Mr.Alex Toccoli of Stockton to conduct a soil suitability study for the <br /> 6. property located at 333 S. Hewitt Road,Linden, California. <br /> The soil suitability study (SSS)was conducted to determine whether the soils are suitable for use <br /> with a septic system. The study was performed according to the requirements of Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development. A major element of the field work included <br /> conducting percolation tests that meet the required absorption rates as required by San Joaquin <br /> County, Public Health Services,Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> In addition to conducting the percolation tests, a review of published soil information,geologic <br /> maps, and ground water information was performed to evaluate the suitability of soils for use with a <br /> septic system. <br /> The formatting of this report has been designed to follow, to the greatest degree possible, <br /> the EHD's Soil Suitability Study Requirements Cbeckbst, dated July 14,2003. <br /> `. 1.1 Site Description <br /> The Assessor's Parcel Number (APN) for the Site is 183-320-17. The parcel is about 10 acres in size <br /> (Plate 1). The San Joaquin County application number is PA-05-050. According to the tentative / 1 <br /> map,one residence, nine sheds, one pool,and corral area are noted.
