.. November 17,2005
NOA Project Number: E05152A
L mg/L-NO3,which is well below the maximum contaminant drinking water limit of 45 mg/L-NO3.
At the time of this report, the result of the DBCP was not available. The DBCP will be submitted in
a separate letter to EHD when it becomes available. According to the most recent published
ground water maps, the depth to ground water ground water lies between 133 and 139 feet below
ground surface. Ground water flows at a gradient ranges between three to five feet per mile to the
west-southwest in the vicinity of the Site.
r
Based on the information presented in this report and EHD development criteria, our office
concludes the soils of the site are suitable for a standard septic system utilizing leach lines and
seepage pits. EHD Onsite Wastewater Disposal Standards should be followed when planning,
siting,and constricting the septic system.
8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and
proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed at the
time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed that the test
holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
i, Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed in
accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
