Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> Y--A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report dated January 26,2004,was deemed <br /> incomplete. Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum shall be submitted to the <br /> ZDV Environmental Health Department and approved by the Environmental Health Department, <br /> B. Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study incorporating proposed <br /> staff indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to <br /> p� recordation of Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A <br /> review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to Environmental Health <br /> I (yq <br /> (991 <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
