Participation in the SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the <br /> state and federal endangered species acts, and ensures that the impacts are mitigated below a <br /> level of significance in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). <br /> Although participation in the SJMSCP is voluntary, lead agents should be aware that if project <br /> applicants choose against participating in the SJMSCP, they will be required to provide <br /> alternative mitigation in an amount and kind equal to that provided in the SJMSCP. <br /> SJCOG, Inc. has reviewed application PA-0400069. This project involves subdividing 12.2 <br /> parcels into 4 four parcels. Parcel one will contain 5.25 acres; parcel two and three will contain <br /> 2.1 acres; and parcel four will contain 2.47 acres. The project is located south of Fine Road and <br /> east of Hewitt Road; east of Stockton. <br /> Any future structure(s) will require the conversion of Agricultural lands and as such should <br /> condition the project applicant(s) to participate in the SJMSCP. <br /> If you have any questions,please give me a call at (209) 468-3913. <br />
