LIMITATIONS <br /> The purpose of this report is to inform the Client and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist at the subject site, and within the <br /> parameters established in the County Ordinances. Chesney Consulting does not assume <br /> responsibility for the discovery and elimination of environmental hazards. Compliance with <br /> submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no way assures mitigation or elimination of <br /> environmental concerns and the Client has agreed to limit the all-encompassing liability to Chesney <br /> Consulting, it owners and agents to the cost of this report. <br /> No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface conditions <br /> which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources.
