ETAL <br /> Lot,.Line Adjustment: Application No. PA-0700224 was approved by the San.:Joaquin County <br /> Community Development-Department on July 31,2007,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> i <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line.Adjustment. <br /> This approval ,will expire on January 29, 2009, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless Ya Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded.'and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. <br /> 1. Legal descriptions of <br /> the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and <br /> forwarding to the Community Development Department.
