Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br />modified. <br />A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the <br />area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel <br />Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of <br />$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br />The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br />County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br />septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br />system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of $93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br />B. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br />(DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br />analyzed by a State -approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br />1115.7). <br />C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br />Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br />D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br />Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />E. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br />an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5- <br />2400. <br />MH: cf <br />
