1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one parcel located at 600 S. Hewitt Road, <br /> Linden, California. The project is in a farming community and is surrounded by agricultural <br /> land. It is zoned R/R. The project parcel number is APN 187-020-03. There is a house and <br /> shop on the property. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to divide this 10t <br /> acre site into 4 parcels, three 2f acre parcels and one 4f acre parcel. <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Ruth Collett, has owned the property for approximately 14 years. The <br /> past and present use of the property has been rural residential and bare fields. Future use of the <br /> four parcels being created will be for homesite purposes. <br /> 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> 3.1 Description of Existing on-site septic tank usage: The purpose of this project is to create <br /> four homesite parcels from an existing single parcel. Once the parcels are developed for homes, <br /> septic systems will be required and built based per the San Joaquin County requirements. There <br /> is one septic syst?m serving the home on the property. Permits were researched and illustrate <br /> this fact. I 1 n onJ - <br /> '3.2 S' a Septic Pertit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed one septic system <br /> on t property. <br /> 3.3 Discussion of on-site septic repair history: Research for on-site septic permits revealed a <br /> recent repair to the existing system. The existing tank was destroyed and replaced by a <br /> newer one. <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> general area consist of what seem to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage <br /> pits. (See permits in appendix). <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1978 to 2005.
