State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be barricaded so it <br /> cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be <br /> used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines. In <br /> addition, provide the required 100% replacement area for the proposed sewage disposal area <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> D. Obtain discharge requirements from the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, <br /> Central Valley Region, prior to development (Water Code,Article 5, Section 13280). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development as determined by <br /> the Nitrate Loading Study(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9- <br /> 1110.4). <br /> F. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> G. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> H. The Environmental Health Department cannot support the use of dry well(s) for drainage <br /> purposes. The applicant shall properly destroy the existing dry wells under permit and <br /> inspection with the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1110.5, 9-1110.6, and 9-1115.6). <br />
